Kintsugi Certification
Kintsugi Resilience Program
Training & Certification
The Kintsugi Resilience Training & Certification Program is a psycho-spiritual and trauma-informed formation experience rooted in the philosophy of Kintsugi—embracing brokenness as a path to beauty, growth, and purpose. Designed for chaplains, spiritual caregivers, and lay practitioners, this Bible-centered program integrates theological reflection, pastoral care principles, and evidence-based practices such as REBT, narrative work, and Gestalt-informed exercises.
KINTSUGI RESILIENCE PROGRAM
Offered through Community Care Chaplains (CCC), the program provides clinical training with Kintsugi Resilience Practitioner credentials. Training formats include individual mentoring, group cohorts, weekend retreats, and intensive summer sessions. Upon completion, certified practitioners are empowered to offer Kintsugi sessions in clinical, congregational, and community-based settings, including rehabilitation and recovery centers.

The Kintsugi Training Process
- Participants engage with seven companion booklets, each focused on a key phase of inner healing.
- The journey promotes self-exploration and emotional processing through guided reflections and exercises.
- Trainees receive practical tools like the Kintsugi Journal Kit and structured verbatim case presentations.
Each certification level builds progressively on the previous one. Certification requires meeting all requirements, submitting the necessary documentation, and passing a successful evaluation by a Board Review Panel.
