Virtual Case Conference
Clinical Case Discussions
The Kintsugi Case Conference is a collaborative learning space for chaplains and practitioners to enhance pastoral care and healing skills through clinical case discussions. Rooted in the Kintsugi Resilience Program, this conference integrates reflective practice, peer consultation, and evidence-based methods to strengthen trauma-informed care, spiritual support, and emotional resilience. Participants engage in real-world case studies, fostering wisdom-sharing and skill-building to better serve individuals in crisis or transition.
The Kintsugi Process
Each person uses a companion booklet symbolic of their Kintsugi bowl to reflect on life’s cracks and breaks through guided writing exercises. This private space allows for deep introspection, emotional processing, and personal growth. Those not ready to share personal stories may present a clinical case instead.
In small groups, participants may share parts of their reflections. These circles foster reverent listening and mutual support, helping each story shine with renewed beauty and purpose.
