Our psycho-spiritual clinic involves a tele-pastoral care session with clinically trained chaplains and Pastoral REBT specialists. Pastoral Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy is an eclectic approach to promote mental health. It involves communing, discovering, and making sense together. It’s educational tool involves identifying unhealthy thoughts and confronting distorted perspectives that trap individuals in paralyzing emotions.
